September Au Pair Meetings

Au Pair Dance Cruise on Boston Harbor,  Saturday, September 15, 4:15 to 9:00.

Boarding Time: 5:30pm (please arrive by 4:15pm to check in and receive your ticket)
End Time: 9:00pm
Location: 60 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA 02210
Ticket Price: $20 per au pair. (non-refundable) If you don’t already have a ticket, this event is already sold out- sorry!  If you bought at ticket, your name will be on the Cultural Care list at the check-in by the boat.  A cash only bar will be available on the boat, please be sure to bring your proper ID if you are 21+ and would like to purchase alcohol.  Obviously no drinking and driving!
THE LOCATION HAS CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL POST AND DIRECTIONS so make sure you got to Rowes Wharf Mass Bay Lines and not to the Aquarium.  It is right near the Boston Harbor Hotel and the directions were sent via an email a few days ago.  Here is the link for the Mass Bay Lines directions.    If you want to take the Red Line T in early with me (I have to be there early to help with registration), I will be at the Red Line Alewife ticket machines at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday.  If you do not go in with me, you need to be at the boat registration by 4:30 p.m.latest so we have enough time to check you in.

Extra  September Au Pair Meeting- Sunday, September 30, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m  I changed the time as we will meet at Pierce Park in Lincoln (on the green field across from the Lincoln Library) instead of my house.  If it rains, it will be at my house at 4 Meadowbrook Road, Lincoln.   Bring a frizbee, softball/baseball bat and ball or other game to share.  This will be a chance to meet everyone who have arrived.  You can count this as an extra meeting if you come to the Cruise or if you can’t make it to the Cruise.

October Au Pair Meeting

Mark Your Calendars!The October Meeting will be a big Halloween Costume Party on

Saturday, October 27, 7:30 to 11:00 p.m. at the Natick Elks lodge, Natick Ma.  Cost $20. This is GREAT FUN and has been a favorite with my au pair group for a few years.  It includes a DJ for dancing, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and prizes for the best costumers.  You will be receiving an invitation within the next week with all of the details and payment info

November- Meeting- Mark your calendar- the au pair meeting will be Sunday, November 18th 3:30 to 6:00 p.m  at Clay Dreams in Arlington, MA.  Cost will be $15 which includes a the ceramic mug, plate or other item you will be decorating.  This is a fun chance to get creative and perhaps make a holiday present for your host family or yourself.
